No back up to unwell guide! And still no refund from them!!!
Turned up in plenty of time, despite them giving wrong coordinates, then found out our guide was ill and no apparent back up! So they cancelled on the steps of the gallery…..on the plus side, I went in to tour it myself with audio guide but left quickly after seeing Guernica…..and went to Thyssen which as FANTASTIC. Still no refund received for cancelled tour 🤬
