Tour por Sevilla
Amazing, I loved the tour guide Maria Jose.
Cool building, not the best guide.
The building itself is cool and the tour guide gave some good information. But she was noticeably rushing and was annoyed when people asked her questions, often keeping her back turned when people were chasing her down to ask questions, seeming like she didn’t hear (if she has a hearing problem I take this back but I don’t think she does), and then sounding frustrated/was very terse when she did answer. The info says the tour is approximately an hour and a half and we were done in 45 minutes… felt like the tour guide had to be somewhere else.
Unclear Instructions and Zero Support When It Mattered
We had a very disappointing experience with this tour provider. We arrived at the designated meeting point at 3:34 PM, just a few minutes after the scheduled time, and the guide was nowhere to be found. There were no clear instructions about arrival expectations, no mention of a strict cutoff, and no visible effort to wait even a short grace period (which is standard in most tours). We waited, tried to contact the guide via text and phone, and received no response. After waiting another several minutes with no communication or presence, we had no choice but to purchase our own tickets in order not to miss the experience entirely. To make matters worse, the booking itself was confusing and inconsistent: we had booked an English-language tour, yet the ticket indicated the tour would be conducted in Spanish. That kind of contradiction does not inspire confidence and suggests issues with how the experience is managed. Overall, this felt like a lack of professionalism and poor customer consideration. When you combine unclear instructions, no communication, and rigid no-show policies, it creates a frustrating experience for customers. I would not book with this provider again and would recommend others proceed with caution.
good visit = good guide !
visiting relevant monuments full of history is always better with a guide, where for the satisfaction counts 50% knowledge and 50% the personality of the guide. You learn a bit while keeping good mood.
Super fun tour with an enthusiastic guide
The guide was very friendly, enthusiastic and lots of fun facts about the house and decoration. We had a very nice tour!
