Itinerary
This is one of the most traditional and oldest sites in the city, also known as Simon Bolivar Park or Park of the Iguanas, because a large number of these animals live in the trees of this place. Here we will meet and start our tour with a walk through the park.
We head towards the Plaza de Administración, where you can admire the majestic building of the Municipality, with its neoclassical architecture, while enjoying the panoramic views offered by the environment. The square is a perfect place to take pictures and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
At this point, located in front of the Guayas River, there are some attractions such as the Rotonda, Torre Morisca, among others. Here we will have time to tour it and learn about its history.
Pass by: Traditional neighborhood of Guayaquil, colonial style, located at the foot of Santa Ana Hill. We will pass through it to go to Cerro Santa Ana.
This hill has a viewpoint from where you have a spectacular view of the city and the Guayas River. In this place you can also find art galleries, bars, restaurants, among others. The time of stay in this place is subject to change, according to coordination and tour logistics.
Finally, we will head back to Seminario Park to finish our tour.
Next, we will head to the Monument of La Rotonda, a site of great historical value. Here you can learn more about the liberators Simon Bolivar and José de San Martin, and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city.

Great tour
Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. We received a great overview of the city! We even stopped for some local coffee and snacks on the tour!
Guayaquil
Tour guide/driver showed up 1/2 hour late. Did a decent job with the tour but cut it short from the stated length of our tour.
Excellent start for exploring a new city
Guayaquil is a beautiful city with a long past, you really can get to know these things when you have someone along that knows all of this. My guide not only knew so much of the history of the city and country as a whole but also tailor made the tour to my needs, special places that I would like to visit, my interest (like local food and customs) were incorporated into the experience. If you want an excellent start to exploring Guayaquil then take this tour
Fun and memorable.
