Itinerary
Meet your driver in Geneva, and drive 2 hours along lake Geneva and our beautiful swiss countryside until the region of Gruyères
Start your excursion with chocolate softness visiting a famous chocolate factory. Discover the secrets of making Swiss Chocolate and enjoy tasting as much as you like and can.
Drive from Broc to Gruyères, house of cheese in beautiful green fields. Snap a picture of the perfect swiss postcard.
Visit a cheese factory to learn more about Gruyères, a typical Swiss cheese. Le Gruyère AOP is a cheese with a long tradition and its making has been handed down over many generations of cheesemakers both in the alpine and village cheese dairies.
Spend some free time in Gruyères strolling through the medieval village. At the foot of the Alps, you will be enchanted by the charm and picturesque architecture of this town, which has been unaffected by the passage of time. 800 years of regional history and culture meet Oscar-winning aliens and Buddhist sculptures. The historic town of Gruyères, or Greyerz in German, has retained its medieval appearance to this day. The old count's residence is located on a hill above the Saane. The 13th century castle is now a museum of eight centuries of regional architecture, history and culture. The nearby St. Germain Castle is home to the HR Giger Museum, which displays the fantastic art of the Oscar winner and Alien creator. In the middle of the traffic-free town is the Tibet Museum, which opened in 2009 and has over 300 Buddhist sculptures, pictures and ritual works from various Himalayan regions. The charm of the town is also impressive with its excellent gastronomy and modern show dairy.
Drive back to Geneva with your driver in your comfortable van

Adventures with Zed in Switzerland and France
We had a fantastic time with our tour guide Zed in both Switzerland and Chamonix, France. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating in every way.
Excellent private tour from Geneva to Gruyeres.
Excellent private tour to Gruyeres. We were picked up from our rental house. Driver/Zed was very friendly, personable, informative and professional.
Gruyère - Great!
As a mother and daughter traveling solo to Switzerland, we so appreciated our private tour with Normands, who gave us an intellectual and entertaining appraisal of Swiss culture, as well as many interesting points of fact regarding Gruyère. We were treated like near-royalty at every stop, and so enjoyed not having to “think on our feet,” but only to sit back and enjoy the journey. Note: you will Not be hungry after this trip!
David was fantastic! He...
David was fantastic! He even came and did our tour on his day off when it was his country’s national holiday. The chocolate museum and cheese factory were so fun (and delicious!!) for us and the kids. And then he dropped us off in the charming Gruyère village where he recommended the best place to get the best fondue for lunch! So thankful for his kindness and direction and for the very delightful day in Gruyere!
Private tour to Gruyere's and wine tasting
Normunds was a great guide and took us to some amazing locations. Highly recommend the chocolate and wine tour.
