Stop at the famous village of Interlaken for a brief orientation before continuing to the charming mountain resort of Grindelwald.
Upon arrival in Grindelwald, your guide will accompany you to the cable car for a scenic ride to Mt. First. Experience the thrilling “First Cliff Walk by Tissot,” including a suspension bridge high above the valley. Relax on the sun terrace of Berggasthaus First or enjoy a snack (own expense) with panoramic alpine views. Continue with a hike to Bachalpsee Lake, famous for its mountain reflections. Optional activities include the First Flyer zip line, Mountain Cart descent, and a Trottibike scooter ride back to Grindelwald, passing alpine scenery, grazing cows, and Swiss chalets.
Take a scenic coach ride to Lauterbrunnen, a breathtaking valley with 72 waterfalls that once inspired writers like Goethe and J.R.R. Tolkien. Enjoy some free time to explore the charming village, stroll through its picturesque streets, and admire Staubbach Falls—Switzerland’s third-highest waterfall and an iconic landmark of Lauterbrunnen.

Traveler reviews
FThe sights were...
The sights were beautiful but the group was too large. Our guide Bernadette did a good job and was very kind. We had a bilingual group so it was somewhat difficult for the guide to organize everyone and we felt it took away from the overall experience. The stop at Interlakken was our least favorite, but Grindelwald was amazing.
Amazing experience
It was such an incredible experience ! My tour guy Gonzalo was amazing honestly I have a particular fear of highs and he helped me with it, he advised us to go do the tour of the mountain and my 90 years old grandma and my mom had a great time! Thank you for everything
Best Tour Experience
This is a great tour to do and the company is super accommodating. We accidentally overslept, missing the bus we were supposed to get on for the tour. A few minutes after the time we were supposed to be there, we received a call from the company which is what woke us up. They asked if we were coming and we explained what happened. The company was nice enough to leave our tickets for the tour and the cable car to get there at the front desk, making it easily accessible and allowing us to continue our tour even though we missed the bus. Once we got to top of Europe we were able to meet up with the tour and finish off the tour. We were super grateful for Lars and his commentary on all of the history and information from top of Europe.
I felt there were way too...
I felt there were way too many people on this tour. They dropped us off in Interlaken and just told us to be back by a certain time. There was no guided tour. Same with Grindelwald. They brought us to the cable car to the first walk but didn’t tell us our options of what to do there or suggestions of what to do in town. The bus ride was fine although it was so crowded I couldn’t get a seat with my husband. I felt it was too expensive for what we got.
Great tour worth doing
Great tour - Grindelwald is beautiful - do the cable car - guides helpful as well - would definitely recommend
