- The Adventure Trail play area requires closed-toed shoes and has a maximum weight limit of 70kg and height limit of 150cm.
- The Soft Play area requires socks and has a maximum weight limit of 40kg and height limit of 150cm.

- Keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment for the animals.
