Great Ocean Road Reverse Itinerary PREMIUM Tour

My parents visited Melbourne for the very first time. And they visited the Great Ocean Road for one day. They really had great fun.

We had a great day on the Great Ocean Road tour with Jimmy from Hit the Road Tours! The itinerary was well planned, and I especially liked that it was a reverse itinerary. We managed to avoid most of the crowds and got some really good views at the various lookout points without feeling too rushed. The weather was also beautiful that day, which made the scenery even more amazing! Jimmy was a fantastic guide — really knowledgeable and clearly knows the Great Ocean Road very well. He even took us on a short walk through the rainforest, which was a really nice addition to the day. One of the highlights was also getting to see kangaroos and koalas in the wild! Jimmy knew exactly where to look and seemed to have a knack for spotting them. He was also a steady driver, which we appreciated given how much driving is involved on this tour. He kept to the schedule well while still giving us enough time at the different stops, so the whole day felt very well-paced. Overall, a really enjoyable Great Ocean Road experience. Great itinerary, beautiful scenery, lovely weather and, most importantly, a guide who really knows his stuff. Jimmy even kindly gave everyone a mini koala as a souvenir, which was a nice touch. Would happily recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organised tour.

This tour is a absolutely must do if you ever visit Melbourne. It was a smart idea to do the tour in reverse because we barely ran into other crowds. Just know that it will be an early trip so make sure you set your alarm really early but it's worth it I got picked up directly at my hotel and I was the first one. If you are getting picked up and there are seats available, try to stick to the right side of the van. That way you get to see the ocean view. Left side will be for inland view. You'll see more wildlife on that side. It's an all-day trip so probably don't party too hard the day before. And expect to be tired afterwards. There is little walking involved. Nothing too strenuous. Just make sure to bring comfortable shoes Everything is going to be nature base except for a couple things when you visit the chocolate factory and the town. Lunch is not included. That's okay because the spot that they stop at has plenty of options. You can't go wrong with the fish and chips. And it's not expensive either. Just make sure to bring some snacks as well if you're the type to get hungry. I like to bring protein bar And water The tour guide was extremely friendly and he made me feel comfortable since I was a Solo traveler. Gave us plenty of recommendations in Melbourne as well. Has great knowledge about all the towns that we visited in is very funny. I'm normally not the type to do these types of chores, but this one was definitely worth it since it's a long drive and if I were to do it myself I wouldn't have known a lot of these spots

Me and my partner really enjoyed the whole trip from beginning to end. Our favourite part was the view at the 12apostle and seeing those kuala’s. Also my partner really enjoyed seeing those group of roos.. big thanks to hit the tours especially to Miss Ann very cool tour guide and driver👏👏
