They don’t care for their customers
I booked a tour for my family just two hours before departure, hoping to show my 18-month-old grandson London from a bus. Unfortunately, we were unable to take the tour due to significant departure delays and freezing weather—conditions that are simply not manageable with a toddler. Following the advice of a Golden Tours agent over the phone, I requested a refund in writing. It has now been over eight days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I am stuck in a loop of "we are investigating" emails. I had originally hoped to book this tour during a future visit, but the lack of an efficient or approachable customer service team has completely put me off. It is very disappointing to see a company hold onto money for a service that was never rendered, especially when their own delays contributed to the issue. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliable service and accountability.
