The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782. The king, his court, and his royal government were based on the grounds of the palace until 1925.
Wat Phra Kaew, commonly known in English as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and officially as Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram, is regarded as the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand. The Emerald Buddha housed in the temple is a potent religio-political symbol and the palladium of Thailand

Traveler reviews
Beautiful but so crowded and HOT! 100° morning.
It was a very good tour. Important historic context. However, it was INSANELY crowded and very challenging to get a deeper dive into specific areas as we were physically being routed due to the crowds.
Beautiful place, visually interesting
There is a lot to see and photograph. Our guide did well to advise us the best locations. He also gave us many do's and don'ts that were helpful.
Need to upgrade the tour guide
Beautiful temples & interesting history. Our tour guide was difficult to understand & repeated himself a lot. Would have been a better tour with a more dynamic & energetic tour guide.
Grand Palace tour
The tour guide was very knowledgeable about each part of the Grand Palace. He stated very interesting historical facts about the construction of the Grand Palace.
Nice Tour
Really enjoyable tour. She was very informative and she spoke great English, super respectful. She got us there and back fabulously and chatted away to us on transport. It was very very busy and she walked very fast so we kept on losing her though!!
