Grand Canyon South Rim Day Tour from Las Vegas

From the very first WhatsApp message, my experience with Journey Cambodia was outstanding. Our 8-day tour of Cambodia was flawlessly organised, and a great deal of the credit goes to Sundra, the Senior Sales Supervisor. She was exceptional from the very beginning. She always replied quickly, provided thoughtful and valuable suggestions to improve our itinerary, and sent all the necessary documentation well in advance. Everything was clear, professional and easy to follow, making the planning process completely stress-free. From the moment we landed in Cambodia, everything worked exactly as planned. Our airport transfers were waiting for us on arrival, every schedule was respected with remarkable punctuality, and the entire journey ran seamlessly. One detail, however, truly demonstrated Journey Cambodia’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Halfway through our tour, Sundra realised that one of the activities I had originally requested might not be particularly enjoyable for the younger members of our family. The day before, she contacted us with three alternative suggestions. She didn’t simply replace the original plan—she improved it while fully respecting the spirit of our itinerary. That level of personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care about their clients. The itinerary was also adjusted whenever necessary to make the best use of the weather conditions, ensuring that every day was as enjoyable as possible. I would also like to recognise the excellent work of our guides in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, represented here by Phicente and Sokha. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always willing to help. Their explanations were clear, engaging and gave us a much deeper understanding of Cambodia’s history, culture and traditions. They also knew exactly where to take us for the best viewpoints and photo spots, making sure we enjoyed every location while capturing wonderful memories. Their passion for their country and genuine enthusiasm made the experience even more meaningful. Also the drivers were fantastic. Always waiting for us on time work a fresh bottle of water and a fresh towel that as very convenient with the hot weather felt in the season . I travel frequently around the world, and I can honestly say that Journey Cambodia provides one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Professional, reliable, flexible, attentive to every detail and genuinely committed to making every aspect of the trip perfect. Our family did the 2-day Angkor tour with sunrise and sunset. Our guide was Pal Saruon and driver Mr. Naro. They were exceptional, took us through the history and through all the temples as well as took some great photos for us throughout the tour. We had small children travelling with us so they were very considerate and well prepared with lots of water and cold towels after each visit. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking to visit Siem Reap and do a tour.

My wife and I have just spent 5 days in Siem Reap visiting the City and temples. We were accompanied by our wonderful guide Mr Sok Chea, and driven everywhere by Mr Naro. Sok was extremely knowledgeable in the subject of ancient history of Cambodia. He was very personable and polite, with a terrific sense of humour. He handled everything on the tour professionally and efficiently. Naro kept us cool with his cold towels and constant supply of cold water. His driving was impeccable and we always felt safe with him at the wheel. A special mention also to the sales guy Mr Ben in the office who organised our tour. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered emails promptly and courteously. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Journey Cambodia.

Chayy -our guide - and Rada - our driver - were an excellent team for our 5 day trip to siem reap. They looked after us on a private tour and we did many excursions with them. Chayy’s knowledge was extensive and English excellent so he was a very good guide- complemented by Rada’s thoughtfulness in providing a smooth trip with cold water and towels just when we needed them. Couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend asking for them if you’re booking a tour with Journey Cambodia- an excellent company

Mr Lucky was a fantastic guide! He imparted a lot of impressive knowledge, he was very thoughtful and kind and made it a fabulous experience. A must do tour if you are in Cambodia - the temples are out of this world!
