Traveler reviews
Communication problem between Viator and the driver.
If you are scheduled to be picked up at the Flagstaff airport beware. We were there in place at the designated pickup point 20 minutes ahead of time, at a specific location outside the Economy parking lot. (We were even given a map.) At 10 minutes past our pickup time, I became concerned that something was amiss. I called Viator to make sure we were not forgotten. Turns out the driver was driving around the airport grounds looking for us. But he didn’t make it to the pickup point. After my phone call, the driver called me, and I told him where we were. We eventually connected. As we were getting on the bus, he said he was only told to meet us at “the airport.” Huh? No one told him specifically where at the airport? Good thing I called the company; otherwise the bus eventually might have left without us. It was an example of lack of communication.
