Know before you book
- • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of 2 and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
- • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID
- • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
- • Tour departs from the Papillon Helicopter terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 40 - 50 minutes from Las Vegas
- • Required check-in time is 45 minutes prior to the departure time
- • Hotel transfers (if selected) are available from select Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels. To schedule hotel transfers call the local supplier.
- • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

- • If option selected, hotel transfers are available from most Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels. Hotel pickup times are 90-120 minutes before your departure time. MUST call the activity provider to schedule hotel transfers.
- • Flight times are approximate and may change on the day of your activity, based on weather conditions and weight restrictions.
- • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

Booked a grand canyon deluxe tour for 2. [9 hours. Slightly over 2k$]. Pickup time was 615 am. The driver was late. There was no ac on the bus. There was a dozen of us at the bus. After we get to the terminal and check in they inform us we are going to depart at about 745. The terminal was very crowded. At 750 they say there will be a delay. When i asked why the lady shrugs looks around and says do you see all those people? At 0830 they then tell us everything is cancelled because of a mechanical delay. Why wasnt the first lady transparent about it? No offered compensation for the time wastage. We asked if there are any other grand canyon helicopter things today. She says the weather is bad so no. Complete lie since there were so many other groups that arrived after us who all are still being allowed to go. Refund? 5 business days. We can expedite this if you want. Umm. Yes. What the heck. That should be obvious. Shuttle to get back? I dont know. Let me check on it. Another 25 minutes of waiting around. And the driver was rude and condescending and drove us back like a 18 year old kid with a lambo. Called maverick on the way. They got us into a tour in 2 hours. Friendly. Cheaper too. Dont book papillon. Should have read the low reviews before we came :(.

Esperienza unica da fare almeno una volta nella vita; il nostro pilota Jimmi con esperienza di volo di 14 anni ci ha spiegato alla perfezione ( anche in italiano) cosa stessimo sorvolando.. il Grand Canyon poi visto così ci ha lasciato senza fiato
