Know before you book
- • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of 2 and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
- • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID
- • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
- • Tour departs from the Papillon Helicopter terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 40 - 50 minutes from Las Vegas
- • Required check-in time is 45 minutes prior to the departure time
- • Hotel transfers (if selected) are available from select Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels. To schedule hotel transfers call the local supplier.
- • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

From check-in to boarding, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The flight itself was comfortable, and the views were absolutely spectacular. Seeing the Grand Canyon from the air is truly a unique and unforgettable experience. One thing I would suggest is including a complimentary souvenir photo as part of the package. We ended up buying ours anyway because we looked pretty cute in it, but it would have been a nice touch if it were included. Overall, an unforgettable highlight of our trip and a memory we’ll cherish for years to come.
