Worst tour ever!!!!

We are frequent travelers and this was the worst, most disappointing tour we've experienced! The tour was 20 minutes late starting so the guide rushed us through the various scheduled stops to make up time. Then dropped all of us at the Spain-Gilbralter border instead of returning us to the starting point!!! We then had to walj6 4km back to the bus terminal (original starting point). This was totally unacceptable!!!!

Very disorganized company. Drivers argue with each other and tour starts very late.

Terrible experience. Tour was supposed to start at 2:30pm and now still sitting at the bus garage at 2:50pm waiting the tour to start. 3 drivers and a lady that was directing everything argued for 20 minutes and put us in the Spanish speaking bus(we booked a tour in English. They couldn’t get the language audio to work so they moved us to another bus that doesn’t have a driver. The guide in the yankee hat is very nice though while we all sit on the bus waiting to leave on the tour. It’s now 3pm so 30 minutes late and the bus hasn’t left yet.

Okay way to see the sites.

The sites we visited were good! The driver was able to get up & around tight places. But I would have liked more information about the history of Gibraltar. More info about what we were seeing. With the guide facing the back of the bus so that her voice is heard better. And we were dropped off at the wrong place! Neither guide nor driver asked us where we were parked! Fortunately we found a different driver with the same company that took us where we needed to be- at the same parking garage where we boarded the bus!

Highly recommend!

Great way to see as much as you can when you only have a day in Gibraltar! David our tour guide was awesome and the tour commentary was educational.
