Gibraltar is such a great place!

It was a great experience! The guide was so nice and so warm. The views are great and we have some free time to do our shopping there. It's a recommended experience. They picked us at our hotel and confirmed all the details for it.

Worth visiting Gibraltar but not with this company.

Do NOT use this company. They misrepresent the level of service. We were told the night before that we would not be collected at the hotel but had to go into town. Our taxi dropped us at the Gibraltar border with no instructions on how to find our guide & we had no means of contacting him. The taxi driver had been texting whilst driving during the very uncomfortable journey. It should be a requirement to have a fully charged phone with access to Google maps & data in Spain & Gibraltar as when they do make contact they keep changing the meet up points. Take means of payment for a taxi back just in case! I was just lucky 5 other people were in the same situation otherwise I would have felt very vulnerable. I was the only one with data - guiding the rest. 1 star is for the 1 hour Rock tour which was the only thing as advertised. You will have no free time just wasted time in Gibraltar. It was chaotic frightening & the worst excursion I've ever been on. On the journey back 6 of us were squashed into an estate car. I had to be pulled out back in Cadiz & I'm not immobile.

Gibraltar is interesting - but this tour is not recommended.

Gibraltar was very worth seeing. Unfortunately we had much less time available than stated. 1 hour (instead of 4) at leisure in the city, 10 minutes (instead of 30) time for the view of Africa and for the stalactite cave also only 20 minutes (instead of 60). The organization was also chaotic. The taxi driver wanted to pick us up at the wrong time and ultimately we waited 30 minutes in a hotel parking lot without any information for our bus. The guide wasn't very professional either. Among other things, it was often not clear where and when to wait or meet.
