A deceiving scam
The tour guide was a STAR: 10/10 but the tour company on the other hand…0/10 They lied to us, put us in a hotel that was far from what was described and changed the itinerary to one that didn’t reflect what was promised on the website. Rather than stay 1 night in Knysna and 1 night in Outdshoorn, we just did 2 nights in Knysna and spent all day driving around! Felt so bad for the guide - look after your workers and treat your customers with respect!! Awful company.

This was part of an international tour we did coming from Australia. We did private tours in private reserves as well as Kruger NP. Soweto was a highlight in Joberg. We spent a fair chunk of time in Cape Town and surrounds. We then proceeded to the garden route. Beyond Africa organised everything for us which made it easy, safe, luxurious and pleasant from beginning to end. Fantastic trip, highly recommended. Have to thank the hard working staff at all the locations. In Simbavati we had Kaiser and Shadi as our safari guides, highly knowledgeable and excellent communicators. Elephant Point Roxy was our guide through Kruger and he was absolutely brilliant with great knowledge and ability to find animals and super friendly. In Cape Town we were assigned Morne Hill and he was extremely accommodating, friendly, good natured and very flexible. He took us to places that, to me, were just amazing and presented great knowledge and interesting facts. I would readily use these guides again without hesitation. Remondy organised everything and her staff and services are a great tribute to the organisation.
South Africa 15 tour includes Kugura
This has been one of my most memorable trips starting with putting the whole trip together for a 15 day tour of South Africa Remondy has been very helpful in arranging this tour making sure we all had the best experience of South Africa all our accommodation and tours were very well organised and stayed at some top notch hotels which made this relaxing and enjoyable experience. All our tour guides have been very supportive friendly and informative specially Morne Hill who had a wealth of knowledge and experience very helpful and accommodating in rescheduling or rearranging some parts of our tour I can very highly recommend him to take care of your tour.
