Worst tour company and guide ever

This company DK was horrible. I understand if you don't have enough people but then we agreed to a switch and they had 16 people on the tour. We previously booked for a small group because we prefer it and it is more fun. The tour guide was 28 minutes late. Worst tour guide ever. There were older people in our group and he just walked and never looked back to see if everyone was ok. NOLA has slate walls that are cracked and difficult to navigate. 2 People had falls and my friend and I a medical professionals helped them. He didn't even notice. We ended up on the French quarter tour. I Will never book another type with this company. The stops were not great either.

Good experience Delicious snacks and drinks. Weather was too hot to fully enjoy the experience

The tour of the beautiful Garden District homes was very interesting . Jack was a delightful guide. It was a very hot day which was the only downside.
