Join us for a full day of river adventure, complete with 5-6 hours of rafting with a delicious Montana-style lunch. Experience everything the Middle Fork of the Flathead River has to offer by paddle-power, from mellow and scenic sections to thrilling whitewater rapids.
Begin your trip with natural splendor as you take in spectacular views of Glacier National Park from atop the Middle Fork of the Flathead River.
Disembark to enjoy a riverside barbecue lunch of bison, grilled chicken or veggie burgers, cooked to order with fresh salads and sides along the waterway. After lunch, you’re ready to tackle the rushing whitewater rapids of John Stevens Canyon, featuring, class II-III rapids with names like Tunnel, Bone Crusher and Jaws. Satisfy your craving for adventure and leave with memories that will last a lifetime!

Important information
Know before you book
- Must be able to wear a personal flotation device which can accommodate up to a 58 inch chest.
- Trips depart rain or shine.
- Youth rates apply for ages 12 and under.
- Participants must weigh a Minimum of 50 lbs
Know before you go
- Please wear shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet.
- You must wear shoes that stay securely on your feet.
- Crocs and flip flops are not appropriate footwear and cannot be worn.
- Water shoes are available to rent.
- Bottled water is recommended on hot days.
- Don’t bring anything with you that can’t get wet.
- Bring along a towel and dry clothing to change into after the trip.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. Daily rafting and fly fishing adventures require 24 hours cancellation notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Additional information
If you wear eyeglasses or sunglasses, be sure to bring along a retainer to hold them on (available for purchase in our store).
Bring along a towel and dry clothing to change into after the trip. We recommend locking both in your vehicle and leaving car keys in our office for safekeeping. We have splash tops available upon request. We also have wetsuits and neoprene booties available to rent for $17 at check in. If the weather requires wetsuits, we will supply them for no additional charge.
Age limits: Age restrictions are dependent on river conditions. The average minimum age requirements per month are 8 – 12 years in June, 6 – 8 years in July and 5 – 7 years in August.
Check-in at Glacier Raft Company in West Glacier Village 30 minutes prior to trip departure. The trip ends at the bridge in West Glacier where you will regain your land legs during a short walk back to our office, your car, dry clothes, and a chance to purchase trip photos and souvenirs!
