- The Basilica of St. Peter's may be subject to unscheduled closings and late openings for religious ceremonies. In these cases, the Vatican Museums will be explored in more detail
- The Vatican Museums provide free entrance for visitors who are (according to the requirements stated by the Vatican City) at least 74% disabled by presenting the appropriate certification. If a person needs assistance from another, that person also receives an accessible entrance. Please inform the activity provider when booking if you fit into these requirements, and they will remove the pricing of the entry tickets from your total
Know before you go
- Your driver will meet you as you disembark your ship and bring you to Rome where you will meet your guide. Please provide your ship details upon booking
- Taxis may be used over long distances. Please remember to bring euro cash to pay for these on the day

- Please advise if there are any travelers with mobility concerns, so the provider can best accommodate you
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women
Cancellation policy
15 or more days before the tour day: 90% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; Between 8 and 14 days before the tour day: 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; 7 days or less: no refund.

We absolutely loved our tour of the Uffizi! Our guide, Ilaria, really brought the museum to life for us. With her depth of knowledge, she gave us so much insight, background, and fascinating facts about the art, the artists and the history of not only the museum, but of Florence as a whole. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour. Our experience of the Uffizi would not have been as wonderful without Ilaria and Through Eternity!
We used Through Eternity for guided tours of the Vatican and the Colosseum/Roman forum. The day before our Colosseum tour, we were notified that they were canceling the tour due to “circumstances outside of their control”. They did offer a 30% off discount from the price we paid for the tour package which seemed really low considering it was essentially the price of the Colosseum tickets that we ended up having to buy separately.
