Take in the spectacular views of the city and the coastline - a perfect photo opportunity. Wind your way through the Adelaide Hills villages of Crafers, Stirling, Aldgate and Bridgewater before arriving at Hahndorf, Adelaide’s oldest German settlement. Spend the afternoon exploring the main street of Hahndorf where you can sample local produce, check out the local arts and crafts before enjoying afternoon tea or a traditional German beer tasting at the very popular Hahndorf Inn.

A Cabining we will go
The Discovery park resort in Hahndorf is a great place to stay. Their staff are warm and welcoming, if there was anything that was required the staff were more than happy to oblige and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. It leaves nothing to chance.. My husband and I stayed in one of their cabins within the resort and it was lovely, Everything was there that was needed., from cutlery to plates etc. self contained. To have the wildlife surrounding you and two ponds with mini golf a swimming pool etc. we felt very comfortable and happy. it was well situated within a short drive to Hahndorf itself and also a quiet walk across the main road to the local fruit and veg Market. We would gladly stay their again.
