Money well spent.

Dam and Ben were great team. Other legs were fine. Great day on the water with important stops. This is a must if you only have a short time in Fort Lauderdale. We did the FL loop and the run to Hollywood.

Tremendous Experience

Our hosts were friendly, funny, and shared a great deal of information regarding the area we traveled. I would repeat the experience in a minute. Explanations of the itinerary were well presented including what to expect for each stop.

Fun and the crew on the boats were great!

We hopped on the Water Taxi at GalleryOne and rode down to Stop #4 to switch onto the Hollywood route. Shoutout to First Mate Sandy, the captain (from Annapolis—close to our hometown!), and 2nd Mate Bailey (I believe that was her name). They were all super friendly and made the ride enjoyable. At the switch point, there were a lot of first-timers (including us) trying to figure out where to go for the Hollywood route. When we got off, another boat was already there, so we assumed we could board it—but that boat was actually heading north. The first mate on that boat kindly redirected us off the pier and toward a gazebo to wait for the correct boat. Unfortunately, the staff member stationed on shore (appeared to be German, based on accent) was much more abrupt than helpful. Instead of giving clear directions, she seemed frustrated that we didn’t already know what to do. She told us to stand in one area, then about 10 minutes later redirected everyone again to a different line once the Hollywood boat arrived. There were quite a few of us who felt the same way—just a little more patience and clear instructions would have made a big difference, especially for first-time riders. Drinks are available for purchase on all boats—canned alcohol, soda, and water. Everything we had was cold, and they do accept credit cards (not sure about cash). Only one boat was running the Hollywood route that day, which we were told is common. It runs: Fort Lauderdale: odd hours (1pm, 3pm, 5pm, etc.) Hollywood: even hours (2pm, 4pm, 6pm, etc.) Plan accordingly so you don’t miss it—but if you do have to wait, there’s a great bar right next to the Hollywood Beach stop where you can hang out.

Captain Sean and Pierre were fantastic - super personable and entertaining. We are new to water taxiing and had an absolute blast. Also, Sean’s mustache was top tier.. very impressed. Loved our experience!!
