Important information
Know before you book
- On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
- As this is a walking tour through a medium-sized museum with some steps and stairways, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended
- Please advise during the booking process if any travelers have mobility concerns so that we can best accommodate you
- Please ensure you arrive 10 mins early and at the right meeting point as we cannot wait for late arrivals
- Please note that to obtain a student discount, valid student ID must be shown on the day of your tour. If a student does not have valid student ID, they may be charged a new full ticket price for entry, which must be paid by you on the day of the tour
Know before you go
- You will meet your guide at the equestrian statue of Cosimo I in Piazza della Signoria. Your guide will have a Through Eternity sign. If you are unable to find your guide by 10 minutes before the starting time, please call our office at +1-800-267-7581.
- Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early and at the right meeting point as we cannot wait for late arrivals and there will be no refund for missed tours.
- The ages of any children joining the tour are required. Upon booking, please email the ages of all children travelling with you to office@througheternity.com

Cancellation policy
15 or more days before the tour day: 90% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; Between 8 and 14 days before the tour day: 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; 7 days or less: no refund.

We booked the Day in Florence tour for our family of 4 and it was AMAZING. Our guide Fadi was the reason. His deep knowledge of history, the arts, fashion, and all things Florence/Italy not only provided us the insight and context we were looking for, but it was delivered in such a friendly and conversational way. Fadi was very thoughtful in caring for each member of our family and catering the tour to our interest. Masterful personalization. His method of navigating the sites, incorporating meaningful stops along the way definitely enhanced the tour. He also went above and beyond and shared additional sites and recommendations based on our conversations that we could use post tour. Fadi was truly fantastic and we would (and will) recommend him to all friends and family that will be visiting Italy. We’ll be back and will set up more time with Fadi! PS: He also taught my daughters how to take and quickly post edit amazing photos with their phones! Included some examples!
Two months ahead of my visit to Florence I booked tickets for the Uffizi museum. Six days before I travelled Through Eternity Tours wrote to me saying my tickets were cancelled as they had sold out. Shocking service because the Uffizi website was showing availability at the time and so my advice is that you should use the official websites for your tickets for peace of mind and not a third party. Magically at the last moment they claimed they had found tickets but by that point I had made other arrangements. And to cap it all I still don’t have my refund even though it was their error. The customer service is useless and unresponsive.
We booked a semi-private tour of the Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. Irene, our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and had an easy way of explaining the history and details of the art etc. We had an exceptional tour and would highly recommend.
