Valerie was spectacular ! She was so engaging with our family and grandchildren . She was very knowledgable and took us to many wonderful places . The highlights were the pasta stop , the truffle tasting , the coccola, the gelato , everything ! It was a great day , we will definitely recommend it to others .

I highly recommend this Tour! We got to try several different specialty foods in the center of Florence and we met some wonderful characters! It really gave you a sense of the flavors in every respect! Our Tour guide was knowledgeable, charming, and took such great care of us. Each taste was different and delicious! At the same time, we learned so many things about the history of the city and it’s culinary traditions.
