As you gaze up at Brunelleschi’s magnificent Duomo and see Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia, you will discover why Florence has enchanted its visitors over the centuries. Cross the ancient Ponte Vecchio and stroll through Piazza della Signoria and learn how art and politics have always been closely intertwined in the Renaissance city. - As this is a walking tour through various areas of the city centre with steps and uneven surfaces, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended.
- Please advise if any travelers have mobility concerns so that we can best accommodate you.
- Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early and at the right meeting point as we cannot wait for late arrivals.
- To obtain a student discount, valid student ID must be shown on the day of your tour. If a student does not have valid student ID, they may be charged a new full ticket price for entry, which must be paid by you on the day of the tour.
Know before you go
- Your guide will meet you in Piazza San Marco, in front of the Church of San Marco.
- Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early and at the right meeting point as we cannot wait for late arrivals and there will be no refund for missed tours.
- Your guide will have a Through Eternity sign. If you are unable to find your guide by 10 minutes before the starting time, please call our office at +1-800-267-7581.
- The ages of any children joining the tour are required. Upon booking, please email the ages of all children travelling with you to office@througheternity.com

- Large items cannot be brought into the museum and we strongly recommend you leave such items at your hotel, otherwise they will need to be left the coat check.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the activity starts
15 or more days before the tour day: 90% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; Between 8 and 14 days before the tour day: 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; 7 days or less: no refund.
