Kudos to tour leader...
Kudos to tour leader Nacho (Ignacio) and sidekick Chiara for a wonderful guided tour to Florence and Pisa. Very fun, kept us entertained and full of knowledge.
Excellent value and very well organised trip
We chose this shore excursion as it was significantly cheaper than the cruise company excursions but guaranteed that we would be back to our ship in time. It was very well organised with good contact from the organisers before the trip and during our free time to ensure that we knew exactly where to be when. They even left us back right to the ship, bypassing the cruise terminal shuttle bus. We had just the right time in Pisa and Florence to see what we wanted to see. We were giving great information about both cities, historical and for orientation. The guides spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour. We would recommend this trip.
Excellent tour guides
Ignacios and Beatrice were excellent guides! They were kind and personable. They were great with keeping us on track with time. They were very knowledgeable of historic places.
Well-Organized and Stress-Free Tour
Fantastic excursion! Everything was incredibly well organized, and communication was clear from the very beginning. Ignacio was insightful, professional, and made sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Chiara was amazing as well — both of them truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Florence!
Mixed feelings.
It is shown as an excursion for cruises but they dont pick you up at the cruise and at the Livorno port is impossible to leave on foot so you either take a taxi or a bus to go to the meeting point for an excursion that is already paid (52€ per person you expect a normal pick up). Asides from that, it feels rushed, you dont get enough time in any place because they are really far from each other so I would recommend you to take an excursion only to Fiorenze, it is a really beautiful city and you would want to enjoy every minut there. The guide we got was really nice but a little to short on explanations probably because on our group we were spanish and english speakers so she needed to translate everything everytime but, again, she was good.
