Cancellation disaster

I had to cancel my excursion to the Uffizi Gallery due to a fall on the ship & transportation from La. Spezia was over two hours away. I could not talk to anyone even though I emailed them & tried their customer service number! No way of communicating!! So if you have to cancel - good luck !!!!

Our Tour of Florence

Antonio was a wonderful tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of Florence and its thousands of works of art . He also was very knowledgeable about restaurants and the best places to eat. Our tour was wonderful. The only problem we experienced was waiting in very long lines at the museum. Thanks for everything, Antonio.
