Itinerary
The Capitol is among the most architecturally impressive and symbolically important buildings in the world. The Senate and the House of Representatives have met here for more than two centuries. Begun in 1793, the Capitol has been built, burnt, rebuilt, extended, and restored; today, it stands as a monument not only to its builders but also to the American people and their government. Enjoy a reserved tour of the rotunda, crypt, and old house chambers led by a US Capitol Guide.
Learn about the history and inner workings of the highest court in the land as you visit the Supreme Court. Your guide will share the story of the birth of the Supreme Court up to current cases and what they mean

Thank you James
If you can afford it, always worth paying for a local tour guide to give you a deeper and personal understanding and experience. Otherwise you miss SO much wandering around on your own. We visited Capitol Hill and finished in Congress library. Much of the tour is delivered by the official federal government employees but complemented by unscripted. We had JAMES as our tour guide who provided a high energy, funny and informative tour of some of the great iconic sites of Washington DC. Highly recommend.

Our guide, Shane, was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. He gave us plenty of time to see attractions and then answer a questions we had. His voice was strong enough for us all the hear and he was quite pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this tour to all.

Well worth your time!!
Liam was an amazing tour guide! Giving us more than just the "brochure facts," he brought special insight to the places we visited on the tour, as well as fun facts about historical figures. He pointed out items in the Capitol building that our appointed Capitol Guide overlooked, such as a plaque on the floor indicating where Abe Lincoln's desk was located.
