This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet.
All guests must pass through security.
Limited restroom availability, please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point.
We recommend purchasing parking in advance. Daily parking passes are available for all major Niagara Parks lots; please visit the Niagara Parks website for further information.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.
