Empanada Master Thanks to Valentine

Valentine was so great! It was an amazing experience to learn about the empanadas, wine, cheeses, and Argentina as a whole. I would recommend to any of my friends. We had a blast. Thank you, Valentine!

Funny, very worth it!

I loved! Super fun. Valentin is a great instructor. The group had several Americans and his English is great. I have been to Buenos Aires more than 20 times and was looking for a different experience. I left thinking: How come I didn't do it before? I want to go back with my husband.

Make sure you come with an empty stomach!

We thought it might be nice to get an insight to some local cuisine by booking this cooking course. We had a great time learning to make and cook various empanadas (as well as eating the finished product) along with tasting some local wines. It was a great afternoon and thoroughly worthwhile. We would highly recommend.

It was great fun. The food was good, and so was the wine. Mikaela is a really nice and cool host. I’d definitely recommend it.

Friendly instructors for tasty empanadas

The hosts for the empanada class were awesome and really nice. Only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because they only had us chop/cook the filling ingredients and to us, the main reason for the class besides the social aspect was to learn how to make the dough. When asked about that, they told us it’s because it would take too long as th dough needs to relax. I totally understand that but we would recommend the instructor habing a premade dough ready from beforehand while the class assembles and kneads the dough. No recipes were handed out which I consider a must for any cooking class. The 3 wines offered were really nice and the hosts (sorry I’m blanking on their names) were very knowledgeable of the region the grapes came from.
