Very informative and easy to learn preparing the empanadas. Very knowledgeable with wines as well.

I would definitely recommend Paulo was a great teacher. He was very warm and friendly inviting me into his home to learn how to prepare empanadas. He cares deeply about what he does and was very knowledgeable about the wines. Would definitely recommend for a genuine experience.
