Didn’t get to make it.
We did not make it to our trip. My husband was very sick for the first 3 days of our trip. They were very understanding and said they would contact viator for a full refund.
A breath of fresh air from Vegas
Very fun activity to get out of Vegas for 5ish hours! Jonny, our guide, made it that much better! It’s obvious he loves his job and he has a great personality. The scenery was very beautiful and so different from our home. The emerald cave was smaller than I had envisioned, but it was still a great way to enjoy a morning if you like to get out & enjoy some nature!
Absolutely beautiful
Kayaking through the black canyon and learning g the history was an amazing experience. Our guide Austin was amazing, and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to any nature and history lovers out there
Not a real cave and stinky guide
This Emerald Cave is NOT A CAVE. So just disappointing to back yourself into a really small grotto after waiting in a kayak line to “experience” it. You sit in this indentation and wait to paddle out one by one. I could have done without that. Our guide Cory needs to be coached into personal grooming habits. His body order was overwhelming even starting out our morning. By the time our whole group had finished we were all laughing about it and trying to come up with different hand sanitizers and creams to mask the stench on our ride home. On the way there, we weren’t comfortable enough with each other to joke about this. On the way back it was open season. The very back row said ithe smell wasn’t as bad for them! So now you know it was nasty for the first rows behind him to be breathing out of their mouths.
Very fun adventure!
Very organized and prepared operators. They didn’t cut corners and made sure everyone felt safe. Our guide Xander was super friendly, was sure to speak with everyone and even blessed us with some native flute playing while we sat in the cave. He shared historical facts along the way. We stopped at a beach and took a short climb to a great viewpoint. Very much enjoyed this adventure!
