Al Tannoura Egyptian Heritage Dance Troupe at Wekalet El Ghoury Starts At 18:00 Pm Pickup from your Hotel by Emo Tour`s Representative and Transfer you to The Al-Tannoura show that takes place at Wekalet El Ghoury Each Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. Wekalet El Ghouri is an architecturally stunning arts center in El Azhar area in Central Cairo, operating under the Ministry of Culture and the Cultural Development Fund (CDF). Since finalizing restorations to the Wekalet in October 2005, it has become a hot-spot for organizing cultural events. The most popular being the bi-weekly El Tannoura dance performance. Catatastrophic, pickup more than an hour late! We had to take an Uber car and buy tickets, cost 158 ep.

Bad Service. Avoid them.
Dismal experience we were put through, I bought two tickets to see the show and confirmed several times the pick-up and start time of the show and I was waiting for them to come by us :(and the mamera to handle the worst problem: they wanted to blame me for the "confusion" of schedules and lying that they had tried to communicate with me but there was no mail or message, they pressured me to agree to change the dance for a dinner which I did not agree. That show only takes place twice a week and that was the only day I could have seen it according to my plans. They really gave me a terrible time...the refund is not enough for missing the show and the bad drink. I really wouldn't recommend them.
Awesome
Incredible show. Spellbinding music and dancing by amazing performers. We arrived very early so the lovely Aye showed me round the neighbourhood to pass the time.
Amazing dancers
The dancers in the show were absolutely amazing. I cannot believe how much they spun around continuously and weren’t dizzy at all. The tour guide was very sweet. Something happened to the original tour guide so she took over. Unfortunately because of this, we ran very late and since traffic is so bad by the time we got there all the seats were full. She went out of her way to try to find us seating. But we ended up having to sit next to the very loud speaker. But I would definitely see the show again
