Meeting point: Infocenter, meeting point of our company. Av. Pdte. Kennedy Lateral 5059, Las Condes. Next to the Parque Arauco mall, in front of the Ripley store. One of the most important shopping centers in Santiago.

Comfort and confusion
In general, it is better to rent a car or close private tours. All departures were delayed and those who had boarding in the center the combined boarding location never matched the place the bus stopped. We even saw people miss the ride because of it. For the convenience of closing everything with them, compensate. But know that it will be confusing and you will end up losing in time.
Great experience
Quiet and assisted travel. Diego guide and driver Estevan very friendly and attentive. I recommend the experience. I was insecure for the first time skiing but I had a very nice time
Good Tour to Colorado
We found the tour of Turistik to be well organized and fun. Our driver was Hernan and our guide Sebastian. They took us to a place to rent the snow clothes that were included in the tour (jacket, pants, gloves, boots and glasses.) Many people come at the same time, so you have to be very alert to pick the right team quickly. Some tips: at first, we were picked up in a van going to Valle Nevado. We had to ask to be changed to the proper van to go to Colorado. I also recommend a private lesson in Colorado, but that is not included in the tour. It is more expensive but you will have more personalized attention. Our instructor was not very attentive and with 10 other students, we easily got lost. However, that's not Turistik's fault, so it doesn't negatively impact this review!
SCAM - The tour to El Colorado only includes 3 slopes for children and beginners and you will find out about surprise on the hill.
Scammers. The ski day pack to El Colorado that includes transfer+rental+ski pass+2hs class, the pass only accesses 3 slopes of children and beginners and the class is for initials, they never clarify that the ticket they even offer in the title is not the normal if not a limited one, and for classes there are no level options as they say orally. I found out at the hill, I had to pay ski pass that lets me know the whole Colorado (which is what sells) and classes again, and they didn’t recognize any extra expenses, even though they lied to my face and hid key information. You have to record everything they say orally to sell, we are already several users who happened to us the same. The complaint is made at SERNAC.
Legal
We went with the driver Oscar and the guide Sebastian, who was very helpful and good people, compensating for the fact that El Colorado was well disorganized and with very long queues... But this is not the fault of Turistik, so after suffering a lot in the queues the tour is pretty cool.
