Incredible Day in El Colorado
I closed the full tour with Turistik, and it was an incredible experience. They were very punctual in the meetings for departure, our guide José Matias was super attentive, and helped with all the doubts and details at the time of the equipment. Alex, the driver, was very experienced in the mountains and also had a lot of interesting information about Chile. Everything was wonderful, I recommend.
Excellent
The experience was very complete, we were able to choose the snow clothes, they have a variety of colors and styles. It also includes the rental of skis or snowboards, 2-hour group lessons, and admission to the park. Coe assisted us and our driver Ricardo were very kind, they were attentive and always willing to guide us.
It could have been memorable
Clearly it could have been 5 stars but the Andes Premier clothing rental was very disorganized, rude treatment, dirty clothes, there is no one to assist you, they treat you worse than cattle. Another chapter was the ski delivery at El Colorado, another disaster, only one person to attend to all the excursions that arrive together to pick up their equipment. The rest of the slopes, ski lifts, views were a spectacle.
Change the rentals!
The place is incredible, the skiing experience was very good, and the guide Juan was very attentive, fun, and professional. On the other hand, the service and treatment at the rentals was terrible. At the snow clothing rental, you have to grab and try on the clothes along with 300 other people who are in the same situation, the employees treat you badly, and you spend almost two hours waiting in lines. Then, upon arriving at El Colorado, the story repeats itself; only two or three employees for the ski rental, they were clearly overwhelmed and in a bad mood, another hour or so to finally have everything to ski.
Disaster, look for another company.
IT IS A DISASTER, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Let me tell you about my experience. We booked a ski day in Colorado for two adults and two children. First you go through the rental shop to pick up the clothes, where there are so many people trying to grab things off the racks. From there we went in the van, but we stopped by Farellones first. We waited there for more than half an hour for other people to get off and on so we could arrive at Colorado close to 10. That's where we found out that our class wasn't until 12. Since we don't know how to ski, we had nothing to do for those two extra hours but wait. They never tell you that the class might be late and that you have to wait 2 hours!!! They scheduled our return for 3:30 because they also have to pick up the people from Farellones. The worst part of all is when I complained they told me that's how everything is and that they couldn't do anything other than offer some discount on an excursion. In other words, you pay for a 1-day excursion but it's two hours and the service is terrible.
