Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at 38 rue Benjamin Franklin in front of the Square de Yorktown and the Benjamin Franklin Statue.

Know before you book
- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- Strikes can be common in Paris. We make every effort to contact you prior to your tour if a strike will affect your tour. For last-minute strikes, modifications or cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.
- The Eiffel Tower ticket included does not allow access to the summit. You may add this access on your own at the main ticket desk on the day of your visit.
- This tour is in English.
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- On crowded days at the Eiffel Tower, your skip the line ticket may require a short wait due to maximum capacity.
Know before you go
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Security measures are enforced to enter the Eiffel Tower. Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside. No item larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm will be allowed.
- The Eiffel Tower is subject to closures due to strikes. If time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.
- Photography is allowed. No selfie sticks.
- It is not allowed to bring and use rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, or any other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility).
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.

If you’re reading this, book it now! You’ll be one of the first on the boat and get the best spot before anyone else. Daniela (aka “Daniel”) treated us exceptionally well from start to finish. Her knowledge of the falls and the stories behind them was the perfect balance of informative and entertaining.
