The park is nice, the staff's service is not good. I would not return.
The park is beautiful, it has a lot of vegetation and is very well maintained. We stayed at Wonder Hotel for one night; the lodging is expensive in relation to the services they provide and the staff's service is not good.
Nice park. The staff makes the experience bad
Disappointed. They paint it as a wonderful park. If you don't come by car, the access is a hassle. Coming by train and bus from Amsterdam like we did was a drag. They don't specify that if you stay at the wonder hotel you don't have to get off at the Efteling stop but at another one that is very far away. It was a hassle where the staff, far from helping, does everything possible to make the stay a headache. We arrived at the hotel after an eternal trip, tired. With a headache, and we were attended to by a character with a little mustache and an unfriendly face who understood and spoke Spanish but didn't use it. Anyway, nice park but out of the way and with veeeery unfriendly staff. And we were at Plopsaland De Panne, which is not near Brussels nor super accessible, but the staff was so pleasant that it made the park a 10 in everything. Here, the complete opposite. An ordeal. The park? nice. Would I return? No
Deposit bottles
Deposit 25c per cup - machines always breaking down. Very clumsy and found this arrangement very regrettable. Now I have to throw away money. For the rest, a super park!!
Many closed attractions
Both the Baron rollercoaster and the Flying Dutchman were closed on the day we went. This was not known before the visit. In the app, upon arrival, we saw that the Baron would be closed all day, when we were already gone, I checked the app again and then the Baron would suddenly be open. All in all, very bad... If you go with kids, it's a fun park anyway, but otherwise it's a real waste of money if all the fun roller coasters are closed.
Great for families
The park is great and offers varied entertainment. The sets are not bad even if it sometimes lacks flowers or detail in the walkways. The staff is very good. The souvenirs in the shop are, however, really low-end or really not to our taste... We didn't bring anything back
