Great experience!
Enjoyed our experience at the Chocolatarium. Eimear was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, and the Chocolate was amazing.
Great fun and interesting for the chocolate lover
The chocolatarium is an unassuming venue just off of the royal mile in Edinburgh. The tours take small groups of people (around 12 on our group) and explain the history of chocolate with a short, engaging, talk, followed by a session explaining the chocolate making process, after which each participant can make their own chocolate bar (many styles to choose from) with a large range of toppings available. It's easy and fun to do. After that, we moved into the tasting room, where the guide took us through the history of chocolate by way of eating. Finally, we were able to sample a good number of tasting chocolates from a varied selection of flavours.
Chocolate with Kelly
This was a wonderful break on our tour of Edinburgh to taste and learn about chocolate. Kelly knowledgeable and attentive while providing a clear sense of order to what could have been a chaotic multi generational group. We even got to make our own bars. Highly recommended!
Trip with my granddaughter
The experience was very good, The young girl that took the tour was very entertaining and friendly. My granddaughter loved the fact that they helped her with her experience as she is vegetarian and she was told what she could eat . The whole experience was friendly educational and fun
Lots of sugary fun!
Very worth doing if you're in Edinburgh for a trip!
