Itinerary
A 90-minute, fully-guided tour experience for ages 6 and up. Discover the journey from chocolate tree to chocolate bar at The Chocolatarium in Edinburgh’s historic old town. - make your own chocolate bar to take home - learn all about the chocolate-making process and its history - taste chocolates from our selection of over 30 wonderful chocolates from Scotland and around the world.

The Perfect Blend of Fun, Learning, and Chocolate
We had a fantastic experience at the chocolate factory. The entire team was welcoming and friendly, but a special thank you goes to Kelly, who made the tour truly exceptional. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question with fascinating educational insights. She also had a wonderful sense of humour, keeping everyone engaged and laughing throughout the experience. The tour was perfectly paced—I never felt like we were sitting or listening for too long. It struck the ideal balance between interactive activities, education, and fun. I would highly recommend this chocolate experience to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable activity. It's an interactive experience that's both entertaining and informative, and I'm so glad I decided to go. One of the highlights was having the opportunity to sample more than 40 different varieties of chocolate. It was a fantastic way to discover new favourites, and I loved being able to purchase them in the shop afterwards.

Fun experience in Edinburgh
What a fantastic experience in Edinburgh for our family. We enjoyed exploring the city of course but this was really fun for the kids. Started with delicious hot chocolate and ended with samplings of many different varieties from across the world. We had a great time!

Great experience, came in for the chocolate and walked out with a ton of knowledge on how chocolate is made. Plus I got to make my own personal chocolate bar. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s a chocolate enthusiast. Also Nía the best host/teacher, her enthusiasm made the class, fun and entertaining.
