Itinerary
You will be guided through the grounds of Edinburgh Castle. It is worth to note that we can not take you inside any of the Caste Buildings (no tour operator can) but we will give you the rich history of the Castle, it's place in Scottish history and many of it's more unusual tales so that after the tour you will be able to explore the Castle with a much deeper understanding than a casual visitor.

- The castle is wheelchair accessible, but some areas may be challenging due to cobblestone paths.

- Although much of the tour is done inside the castle complex, this will not be under cover.
- Bags over 30L in volume are not permitted inside the castle and the castle does not provide a locker system for the storage of luggage.
- Tour DOES NOT MEET AT THE CASTLE, the tour begins from our start point at 192 High Street, by the statue of Adam Smith
- Please Note - Children, aged 15 and under, will not be able to join the tour unless accompanied by a responsible adult

Edinburgh Castle trip 21/05/26
A very good tour and interesting location. Bags of history. Learned a lot. Guide (Max) was somewhat annoying and didn’t allow time for older people to catch up before staring his next presentation. His dialogue was a little muffled by his strange accent (not Scottish or English. Mongrel!) We didn’t actually care that you could see his house from the vantage point!
