Itinerary
You will be guided through the grounds of Edinburgh Castle. It is worth to note that we can not take you inside any of the Caste Buildings (no tour operator can) but we will give you the rich history of the Castle, it's place in Scottish history and many of it's more unusual tales so that after the tour you will be able to explore the Castle with a much deeper understanding than a casual visitor.

- The castle is wheelchair accessible, but some areas may be challenging due to cobblestone paths.

- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
- Although much of the tour is done inside the castle complex, this will not be under cover.
- Bags over 30L in volume are not permitted inside the castle and the castle does not provide a locker system for the storage of luggage.
- Tour DOES NOT MEET AT THE CASTLE, the tour begins from our start point at 192 High Street, by the statue of Adam Smith
- Please Note - Children, aged 15 and under, will not be able to join the tour unless accompanied by a responsible adult

Fantastic tour and a true experience in learning
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour in Edinburgh, and Graeme made it an exceptional experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained the history and significance of each place in a clear and engaging way, and kept the tour lively from start to finish. His excellent sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable, and his passion for Edinburgh really came through. We learned so much while having a great time. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Graeme as your guide!

This was a funny and fascinating tour. Sabella was wonderful at engaging everyone, busting some myths and making us all feel like we are leaving understanding the history of Scotland and Edinburgh a bit better.
