  • We do not do overnight rentals. All daily rentals must be returned before closing hours.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hrs notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. **Late check-ins will not be tolerated** ** Please arrive 15 mins prior to booking** This will ensure a smooth check-in process. Arriving early will give you time to settle any remaining balances, put on safety equipment and receive onboarding training by our staff. The goal is to maximize your riding time. Rentals start on schedule. If you need to reschedule please contact us within 24 hrs of the scheduled time. We will re-book you the next available time. During the high season spots limited and may be fully booked. Same-day re-bookings may not always be guaranteed. Timely communication is key to ensure everyone is happy and no one misses out on the fun.
