Traveler reviews
Dunottar was definitely...
Dunottar was definitely the highlight of the trip and we were lucky enough that it was a bright sunny day. The views from the car of the countryside were great but it was a lot of driving and some.of the stops were a little underwhelming. All were nice but nothing I would have gone to see by myself. Darryl was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
The castle was impressive...
The castle was impressive and the town where we made the longer stop for lunch, Braemar, is beautiful. It was a great excursion.
Very Knowledgeable Guide
Neil was a very knowledgeable guide and had lots of stories to share. Many of his stories seemed to lead to his opinions about climate change. I would have preferred to hear more about the place we were visiting and all the good things about Aberdeen and the surrounding area.
Spectacular day !
Castle was the first stop and absolutely stunning and every stop following. Beautiful scenery. Allen our you guide was amazing, knowledgeable of the area. Played amazing music and made it an awesome experience. Highly recommend this tour and our guide Allen
I would highly recommend...
I would highly recommend this tour!!! Our tour guide Alan knew all the best spots for pictures at our various stops and kept us entertained along the drive. We got to see castles, quite a bit of the River Dee, and some small waterfalls. There were also plenty of bathroom stops and stops to take in the breathtaking scenery.
