The Gin School at Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin’s ultimate gin experience. Located on the grounds of Dublin’s only family-owned distillery, the Gin School is housed in newly restored early 20th Century townhouses in the heart of The Liberties, Dublin. During the gin experience, guests will enter the gin school where they are surrounded by scores of botanicals and fragrant gin notes. The in-house experts will guide guests through the history of gin and how it came to be one of the most popular drinks of the 21 Century. Throughout this sensory experience, guests will develop a greater understanding of the perfect botanicals will be served and paired sample of the Distillery’s signature gin. Guests will develop a greater understanding of the perfect botanicals and the distillation process in front of your very own mini working copper pot-still. Sample three unique and award-winning gins; Ha’Penny Original, Ha’Penny Rhubarb and Míl Mediterranean Gin.
