Fantastic way to see Dublin
This was an incredible way to see Dublin. We only had two days in Dublin as the last leg of a multi-city holiday. This gave us a way to learn the history and see a little of all the areas. Damian was the best driver and guide. Funny and gave great tips on restaurants, pubs, shops, hotels, tourist sites. Would recommend!!
Dublin Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Guide and Little Museum Entry
We found Alan as a driver to be super informative and funny; he stayed on the bus the whole time because we were on the tour the day before. We then had the harbor cruise afterward. What annoyed us was that the 2 for 1 meals were only valid until 5 PM, and at 5:15-5:30, they were not accepted; the time limit was not mentioned at the time of purchase or on the bus.
Great for an introduction
It was a dreary day! It was nice to see the city after flying all night and listen to the guide. There were places to park and join the bus. This is best for a quick tour of the city with great information about the city. Due to the rain, we didn't get off the bus, which was fine with us.
Well worth the cost
We rode for 2 days (48 hr) and saw the sights. Used the bus Tix to have two 2 for 1 meals at pub shown on their brochure. Also had free admission to the Little Museum. Best go local and avoid the red or brown busses.
