Discover the medieval past of Dublin
Plan to arrive from 9 a.m. and buy your entrance ticket beforehand. Buy a combined ticket with the belfry tour if possible We were not able to do it! Too bad
Super gorgeous, and amazing Tour Guide
Great experience, there is so many intricacies that go into the foundation and architecture in the building! The crypt was full of really interesting and historical pieces. My Tour Guide Clad was super funsies, full of energy and shared a lot of information you wouldn’t normally see or get by just reading the signs that follow the pieces! I totally suggest attending their tours if you get the chance.
Beautiful but expensive
Beautiful cathedral, full of history and with a truly interesting crypt (the famous mummified cat and mouse, the old tiles, and the medieval artifacts). The architecture is evocative and the audio guide helps to better understand the place. St. Patrick's price a bit high for a church (I would have set a maximum of 8 euros). We were lucky because while we were there, there was an American gospel choir that was singing: that alone was worth the price of the ticket and made the visit special. Otherwise the cost would have bothered me more. Overall a nice experience, recommended if you are in Dublin.
A brief review of the Christ Churchill Cathedral
I visited the cathedral with a friend August 11th, 2026. There is much more to see than meets the eye, from the remote origins of the cathedral, the building's evolution, the history of Saint Lawrence and even urban legends. It was an inmersive and wonderful experienced, improved even more thanks to the tour given by Clad.
A must see !
What a beautiful and historical Cathedral! A must visit!
