- Pregnant Ladies , Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain , Anyone had major surgery during last 6 months is not allowed to join
- Pickup will be in a Suitable vehicle on sharing basis from different hotels.
- Hotel Pick up - We will contact you after checking the weather forecast the evening before your flight to confirm.
- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity so if your balloon flight has to be cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather conditions then you may rebook anytime within the validity period of your ticket or voucher. Please check the terms and conditions for details.
- Children and teenagers under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult or person 12 years or over, who is responsible for them during the flight.
- The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances.
- 40-60 min flight - The duration of the actual tour takes 4.5 - 5 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 90 – 120 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
- Ballooning is a weather dependant activity. We won’t fly in rain, fog, or wind consistently above 11 kph. We won’t take a balloon up if there is a threat of thunderstorms in the area. There can be other conditions that can affect the decision to fly or not to fly. Ultimately we abide by the local aviation authority’s decision whether to fly or not. If your flight is cancelled, you can re book at a convenient time, within the valid period of your booking or voucher.
- Recommended minimum age 5, recommended minimum height 135cm
- All guest must sign a legal waiver of rights to participate.
- Passengers must bring a Passport or Government issued UID to check in.
- All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 119 kg. Above 125 kg is subject to approval from pilot ( guest need to be able to climb in and out from the basket and bend in brace position during landing ).

Absolute amazing morning watching the sunrise
Fantastic morning from start to finish. Our pick up driver was very professional. We had a few issues with landing a little off course on the dunes but this happens as the balloons rely completely on wind movement. We also had all the pick up cars get stuck in the sand dunes when picking us up which was an adventure alone. Some people were moaning but it's like the weather 'totally unpredictable and can't be helped' these people who moan, get over yourself! The staff were amazing regardless and we were looked after. This was for our 20th wedding anniversary and from start to finish the contact and arrangement through WhatsApp from the company was fantastic. Would certainly use again 👌

An experience of a lifetime. Early pickup, to catch sunrise. Peace and tranquility high in the sky. Highly recommend.
Pretty awesome
It was an amazing experience. We had a wonderful pilot with a good sense of humor. The landing was very gentle unlike it was described. We were able to see gazelles run on the desert and see the sunrise. The only negative thing was we had to wait afterwards while some people ordered breakfast which was not part of our package.
I recommend this activity, but definitely with another company.
1. Pick up was 25 minutes late without any warning. The company later stated that this happened because my whatsapp was not working. Whatsapp worked great, but even if something did not work, a company with good customer service should have called reception and asked them to inform the customer who was sitting in the foyer in the middle of the night without any information. 2. The 3 person basket section was occupied by 4 people. Even taking photos was a problem due to limited space. 3.When lading, all passengers must sit on the built- in bench and hold on to special belts. As mentioned above, our section was designed for 3 people and one of the girls did not fit on the bench. She was forced to sit on her friend`s lap... The company provided a response that "In some cases, depending on weather , at the pilot's direction, passengers might assist one another by taking positions together, such as one passenger sitting behind another. This cooperative action helps maintain balance and stability." I highly doubt that sitting on someone`s lap during landing can be considered normal practice. It should have been an amazing experience but was completely ruined by the company`s approach. I recommend this activity, but definitely with another company.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience
Communication was prompt and pickup was on time. Experience was seamless from start to finish. Driver was professional. Enjoyed the balloon experience. Would recommend to others.
