- Quad bikes are insured in UAE for an extremely liability as it is for desert and less chance of accident. In an unlikely situation accident take place, police must be informed and must collect the accident report, The bike rider must ride the bike at own risk and strictly follow the instructions and the leader. No prior training or experience is required to ride the bike.

Great day
Very enjoyable experience! Got to drive a quad bike over the dunes, ride a camel and also bash dunes with a very experienced driver. We also tried out sand boarding. Concluded the night with a buffet and several shows. The fire show was great! Experience highly recommended.
Amazing experience
Munir took care of us doing the dune bashing. He’s a great driver and we enjoyed the ride. The food and evening show were delightful as well.
Great experience and show
Good times had with Rasheed with ABC Tours. The quads and the dune bashing was good fun. The desert isn't as warm as the city and had a nice breeze. The BBQ was really good also.
Great fun in Dubai
Our dune basher driver Asit was absolutely wonderful. We were a group of 7 in his car and we had so much fun. Quad bike great fun too and well managed. Food good and plentiful, personnel friendly and helpful. All in all well organised and a great experience. Where I feel they could do better, soft drinks which should be freely available are served in small plastic cups and only full fat coke or 7up available. Entertainment very good.
Worst experience
If I could give ABC TOURS negative stars then I would . Worst place to go to . The people here are scammers especially the main so called manager whose name is supposedly Alex. The are rude and they lie about the time given especially on the ATV bikes. This main manager Alex is the worst . He is sexist first of all and he thinks females don’t know how to ride ATVs and make them drive them in circles like a child and say 12 minutes but give 4 minutes. This Alex guy apparently selects who can ride the Atv bike and doesn’t let you move and makes you go in circles even though we have paid for this service . This was not told when signing up and paying for this. They treat customers like they came for free and and beggars even though we have pain a hefty amount of money for these services. I never recommend anyone to use their services and Be prepared to waste your money here . I will also complain to the Dubai authority as well . Is this the way to treat customers act like you own them? Also he threatened us that we will get in trouble if we complain. Are you serious ?Even everyone around us felt like they came in a haunted house. They shut all the lights off to save electricity and made us wait in the dark desert until our ride came which they decided when to let us go . Horrible place . Have never experienced anything like this. We would have complained to the Dubai police but unfortunately we had a flight to leave Dubai and even others were fighting with them to let them go home due to their flights as well. Is this how you treat your customers who have paid a lot of money ? May I add that the food was horrible as well.
