Itinerary
Visit one of the most avant-garde estates in the Douro Valley, famous for its aging cellar—a true masterpiece of contemporary architecture. Honored with prestigious international design awards, this winery merges modern lines with the rustic landscape of Sabrosa. Here, the wine rests in cellars designed for perfect balance, resulting in superior elegance in their reds and Ports, which you will have the privilege of tasting while admiring the symbiosis between human art and nature.
Visit one of the most iconic and historical estates in Pinhão, often described as the 'jewel in the crown' of the region. In this stunning setting of old vines by the river, you will have a unique sensory experience: in addition to tasting world-renowned Port wines, you will take part in an olive oil masterclass. Discover the richness of the Douro through a comparative tasting of three different types of elite extra virgin olive oils produced on these slopes, learning to distinguish their herbaceous and fruity notes.
In Lamego, discover a charming and intimate estate where tradition meets exclusivity. At this stop, you will have the privilege of tasting selected wines from a renowned producer, including elegant DOC Douro wines and Port wines with a deep character. The experience is enriched by a gastronomic focus on the region's 'liquid gold': a guided tasting of two more distinct olive oil varieties, allowing you to appreciate the different profiles and aromas offered by this unique soil.
Conclude your journey at one of the most welcoming and emblematic estates in Régua, where tradition and Douro hospitality are felt in every detail. At this stop, you will have the privilege of visiting the historic wine cellars, discovering where the wine rests and gains its character. The highlight of the experience is a full traditional lunch, served at the estate and paired with wines produced on-site, allowing you to savor local gastronomy in an authentic and relaxing setting before returning to Porto.

Traveler reviews
Excellent
Great guide, Pedro, and great driver, Alex. Full day with excellent transportation and commentary. Great tasting, wonderful lunch with wine, beautiful boat ride, and another great tasting. Tasting included port and table wine. Though there is lots more to see and do, this trip makes us feel like we can truly say we have seen/done Douro Valley.

Booked with e.fun tours through Viator. Andres was our guide. I can recommend this marvellous tour to anyone, who is interested in viticulture. A superb experience conserning both, our guide and the cellars. It was a day spent not in vain … we have enjoyed every minute of it!
Very memorable day in d'Ouro Valley.

Douro Valley
Andre made our Douro Valley experience absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, his professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine passion for the region elevated the entire tour to another level. He didn’t just show us the Douro Valley—he brought it to life. Every vineyard, viewpoint, and stop along the way came with rich history, local insights, and stories that made us feel truly connected to the culture and traditions of the region. His attention to detail and ability to tailor the experience to our interests made it feel personal rather than just another tour. What really stood out was Andre’s charisma and warmth. He created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining a high level of organization and expertise. You can tell he genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience. If you’re visiting the Douro Valley, having Andre as your guide is a game changer. Highly recommended—this is the kind of experience you remember long after the trip is over.
