Best experience in Portugal so far

Pedro was the most amazing guide! So much personality and an incredible wealth of knowledge to share. He even went out of his way to give us recommendations for other experiences, restaurants and shops to visit that have all been excellent. The entire tour was so well done, the wine tasting incredible and the Valley absolutely breathtaking. Thank you again for a fantastic day!

Awesome!!!

Eduardo picked us up very near our Hotel in Porto and he was a super great guide and funny and made it an awesome day. He is very knowledgeable about everything you ask him and I would highly recommend asking for him and doing this tour. Learned a lot about the Porto wine process and the green wine process which my wife fell in love with.

A Fantastic Day Exploring the Douro Valley

We had an amazing time on the Douro Valley small group tour with the two winery visits, lunch, and river cruise. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the day. The scenery throughout the Douro Valley was absolutely stunning, and the itinerary was well planned without ever feeling rushed. Both wineries were welcoming and offered excellent wine tastings, giving us a great insight into the region’s winemaking traditions. Lunch was delicious, with generous portions and a lovely setting, and the river cruise was a relaxing way to take in the breathtaking views of the valley. A special thank you to our guide, Chelia, who was fantastic throughout the day. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized, and her enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. She shared interesting information about Portugal, Porto, the Douro Valley and ensured everyone had a great time from start to finish. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Porto. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a fantastic way to experience the beauty, food, and wine of the Douro Valley.

Douro Valley's temperature is very high in the summer and cold in the winter. Thus, light clothes in summer and warm clothes in the winter are recommended; Weather Note: All of our activities happen in covered and protected spaces - we guarantee a safe and comfortable tour despite any weather conditions. Not recommended for children - if you are bringing children, please inform us in advance, as car seating is mandatory by Portuguese law. You can also be picked up from a private address other than hotels in Porto downtown area/city center only (Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos cities are outside pick-up limits). If your address is outside pick-up limits or in an area of difficult access (examples: pedestrian street/narrow street/place with very elevated traffic volume) we will set a meeting point a few minutes away so that you can board our van.
