Donegal Electric Bike Tour with Local Guide: Half-Day Adventure

We were a group of six ladies who had never e-biked before and there was definitely some trepidation before we started. However, our guide Amanda was totally amazing. She made us all very comfortable with the bikes, she was so kind and patient. It was a perfect way to see the incredible scenery of the area, beautiful views at every turn. Amanda was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us so much history along with some legends and myths thrown in. Having rain turn into sun just made it even better! We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you Amanda!!

Cathal was a wonderful guide and host. We had rain and clouds but the experience was rewarding and fun. In our group of 8, no one complained about the poor conditions once we got going (they were sniveling a bit before we got started as it rained harder than all the time we had been in Ireland). The bikes were in great shape.

We booked through Trip Advisor. Our trip was cancelled and we were not notified about the cancellation. We were able to connect with the tour operator when we arrived, who was very pleasant and offered options for other things to do in the area. He was aware that the trip was cancelled. My money was only refunded after I contacted Trip Advisor. I continued to get emails asking me to review the trip.

First time on an e-bike and loved it. Cathal was a fantastic guide with a huge amount of knowledge of the local area. We visited some beautiful sites and enjoyed the tales from Cathal along the way. Would highly recommend booking if you are in the area.

We enjoyed this tour thanks Carl and it was great to see inner landscapes in Donegal County and hear the history and stories. The weather played nice....would recommend this tour to others who have some experience biking. Remember to bring midge spray and it will be difficult if you've not ridden a bike!
