In a short, fun session in our open air classroom, your Dive Bus instructor will take you through the clear, simple PADI Discover Scuba Dive Participant Guide (included) which covers:

• the scuba dive equipment you’ll be using

• basic scuba skills

• safety guidelines

• information about some of the hundreds fish and corals you'll be seeing

Once you're geared up, it's a short walk into the shallow water of the bay, where you’ll breathe underwater for the first time. It's easier than you might think and most folks find it easier than breathing through a snorkel.

After learning a few basic dive skills and getting used to your equipment, it’s a super-short, easy swim to the beautiful reef where you’ll discover the amazing underwater world...

Your dive will last up to 1 hour, although it will feel like 5 minutes... Which is why you'll probably want to book a repeat DSD right away!

The tour was amazing. Alejandro knew so much about San Jose history. He knew fun facts that will stick in my mind! A very enjoyable evening!

A guia Mariana foi muito simpática e instrutiva. O tour passa pelos principais pontos relevantes do centro de San José. A comida servida no final do tour é o ponto alto. Poderiam cobrar um pouco menos para termos um melhor custo benefício aqui. Mesmo assim vale a pena, pois andar por conta própria no centro de San José pode ser perigoso.

Very informative, my guide was very kind and helpful, she was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. And even thought it was just me and her she made it very memorable in so many ways, food and drinks were amazing 10/10 would do this tour again!
