Excellent trip
My 2nd trip with them and another great experience. Crew is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Boat & snorkel equipment are both high quality and well maintained. Will definitely take more trips with them.
Great Crew, Good Snorkel, Food Meh
This excursion provided most of what it promised. The boat ride was smooth and the crew very friendly. It was a small group, which gave everyone room to move around. We saw dolphins very soon after leaving the harbor. The captain maneuvered us a safe distance for the dolphins but close enough for us to see well. The weather prohibited us from going snorkeling to more than one site but that’s not controllable. At the cook monument area, the water was very clear and I saw a nice variety of fish. No turtles, which was a bummer but also not controllable. The food was disappointing. It was not set up at all like the photo and it was not really special. The crew was great at making sure everyone’s equipment fit well and they had masks with magnification. They made sure everyone stayed in safe areas and overall, it was a nice long snorkel.
Morning Snorkel
Fun trip and good crew made everything easy. Boat was big enough so it didn’t feel crowded. Make your own sandwich for lunch worked out well including enough vegetarian options.
The crew is super...
The crew is super friendly and helpful. Safety was a priority for guests and the environment. Our 23 year old daughter says it was her favorite adventure of this visit. We enjoyed a fantastic day aboard the Hoku Nui.
Top notch outfit
An all-round great day trip. The boat was spacious and designed for this exact type of trip. Snorkles, mask, fins and reef safe sunscreen are provided. The crew were friendly, helpful and informative giving information on the history of the area and assistance getting set up to get going in the water. We felt very safe with members of the crew in the water with us keeping a close watch just in case someone needs assistance. Crew were also up on the boat keeping an eye on everyone when we were in the water. Pastries and fresh fruit were available for breakfast along with a variety of sandwich fixings and soft drinks and chips for lunch. Alcohol was also available but since I don't drink I didn't notice if it was an open bar or not. The mood on the boat was friendly and relaxed. I would for sure do this trip again with the same outfit. Special thanks to Josh for making us feel so welcome, they're lucky to have you.
