Itinerary
Pass by: Enjoy a scenic journey through Thebes’ picturesque valleys and cotton fields as your expert guide shares tales of the Ancient Greeks. Traveling by air-conditioned coach, your first brief stop is Levadia, a town famous for its trade in beautiful brightly colored carpets.
At midday, stare in amazement as your coach arrives at the foot of Mt Parnassos where the sanctuary of Delphi lies. Head inside the UNESCO-listed Archeological Site of Delphi, and explore the intriguing ruins with your guide while learning about famous monuments such as the Temple of Apollo. Please note that admission is included if you have chosen the relevant options. Then, you will have 45 minutes free time to explore the site on your own and to visit Athena Pronaia and its Tholos.
Next, make your way inside Delphi Archeological Museum and explore the veritable treasure trove at leisure. Home to countless artifacts and relics, the museum consists of some 15 rooms arranged in chronological order. Be sure to check out the bronze Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos. Please note that admission is included if you have chosen the relevant options.
After exploring the museum, visit the beautiful mountain village of Arachova, situated on the hills of the Parnassus Mountains. Wander through its charming streets, take in the traditional stone architecture and stunning views, savor a relaxed lunch at a local taverna.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, archaeological site was amazing, museum was very good!
History at its best and remarkable views and sights.
Our tour guide Michail is an accomplished story teller and entertainer. He afforded his group the opportunity to learn about the mythology and reality of Ancient Greece and Delphi. Our tour was paced with restroom breaks, climbing the hillside of Delphi and experiencing the ruins, lunch in picturesque Arachova all while Michail educated us in an informative and witty manner. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Everything was organized perfectly.Our guide Kiki was incredible and shared with us alot of her knowledge although she had that day a strong pain in her leg.Also our driver Nick was perfect.He drove us safely to Delphi and back to Athens on time and smoothly.
Interesting but difficult with kids
Delphi very interesting, the scenery beautiful, and the guide knowledgeable. Not really suitable for young children though the tour info indicated that. Finally shopping stop seemed unnecessary and designed to make profit for that shop over others.

Very enjoyable trip. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about Delphi and its history and provided real insights into the site. Plenty of time was given to wander on your own and lunch was delicious. Highly recommend
