The guide and the horrible quality

Hello, good afternoon. I want to file a complaint on behalf of my group of 4 people. The first thing is the tourist guide on our bus. Number 19. A lady who does. Her explanations are very well learned but really boring in everything she says and total passivity in her way of being. Explanations as absurd as how to order or buy food in a restaurant... but then there is no opportunity to ask absolutely anything about what we are seeing. It's like an audio playback. I really don't usually take groups like that. But on this occasion we thought that since it was a trip from Athens it would be better not to do it on your own with a private guide and a group of only two or 4 people as we always do. But it certainly has been disappointing. 90% of an excursion is the guide and this occasion has been totally disappointing. The bus does not have access to the toilet. You have to wait for the “technical” stop to be able to urinate. I haven't seen this in my life. And I can assure you that I travel more than 6 times a year for my work, to several countries in the world. In the restaurants we went to we had a limited time to eat and half of the time we spent waiting in line to order or receive the food. I know that many people don't say anything. But I believe that criticism is always good for improvement. The driver Llanis has been perfect, both his service and his attention. The Amalia hotel in Kalambaka is 4 stars but the quality of room and food is 2. This is the tour description: “Tour circuit 2 days Delphi and Meteora

Experience of a Lifetime

The staff and the experience as a whole was incredible. I would love to do it again if I am ever given the chance. The views were really nice and I learned so much information. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to have an experience of a lifetime with really great staff members. The group we were with were also really great! Thank you for everything!
