Itinerary
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies, monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.

This is the closest waterfall to the center. It becomes the most popular spot to hang out. The beautiful big waterfall is also a good place for swimming. If you have a problem with the mobility, you can also see the waterfall from the view point without going down to the waterfall.
Pura Puseh Batuan are shrine owned by Villagers batuan-village-home-of-balinese-paintings" The Temple is part of the concept of "Tri Kahyangan or Tri Murti" taught by Mpu Kuturan around the 10th century to the Balinese Hindu community at the time. Tri Kahyangan including 3 temples, the Pura Desa or Village Temple as a place to worship God Brahma, Pura Puseh to worship God Vishnu, and the Pura Dalem to worship Lord Shiva. Pura Desa and Pura Puseh Batuan were founded in the year 944 isaka (1020 AD). Nearly 1000 years old.

We had a great tour with bli Agung Rai. He was very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and history. Would definitely recommend to anybody trying to enjoy Ubud and the surrounding areas 😊
Great experience and a friendly guide
We hired a Bali guide for 3 days and it was the best decision. Our guide was Yande, who’s a very warm and calm person, always ready to help, advise, and share stories about Balinese culture. Thanks to him, we visited places that were not on our itinerary and we loved all of them. He even had traditional robes in his trunk so we could visit a temple without breaking any rules (and a temple wasn't on the itinerary). We felt at ease and safe with him. We highly recommend him!
I would recommend Ardana to anyone travelling to Bali!
Ardana has been our driver for airport pick up, transfer of hotels as well as a full customised day tour and will be our driver for airport drop off. His experience and knowledge of the area and kindness to my whole family was amazing. A very generous man and we had an absolute blast. Our customised tour included a tour of the Batau Temple where Ardana explained all the traditions of the temple, a zoo experience with elephant feeding and riding, a jungle club visit and swim and Luwak Coffee tasting. There were constant smiles and laughs all day. Would highly recommend Ardana for all friends and family in the future

Ma-de was an awesome tour guide! We originally had 5 pre picked but after some discussion as we dont like overly touristy areas we chose a few different places which was very appreciative. We learned so much about Bali and Indonesian culture. Highly recommend. Thank you Ma-de.

We spent the day with our driver, Ma-de, visiting some incredible spots, the rice terraces in Kendisan, Mount Batur, a coffee plantation in Manukaya, Kanto Lampo waterfall, and a beautiful temple in Sebatu. From start to finish, Ma-de made the day unforgettable. He’s so knowledgeable and passionate about Bali and Balinese culture, and it really showed in everything he shared. We learned so much while also having a lot of fun exploring. He was super easy to talk to, had great stories, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves the whole time.
